Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $200 within the contiguous U.S.
  • For orders under $200, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Processing

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or if there are any issues with delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your parcel is lost in transit, please first contact the courier using your tracking number. If you receive a damaged parcel or item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The packaging (including shipping label)
  • The box/outer packaging
