2. How much does U.S. shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your zip code and shed size. We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions—sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop!

3. Do I need to be home for delivery?

Yes. Our delivery team will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery window. Signature is usually required due to the size and value of the product.

4. Do you offer installation services in the U.S.?

Currently, we do not offer in-home assembly in the U.S. However, all sheds include detailed, step-by-step instructions, and most customers assemble theirs in a few hours with basic tools and a second pair of hands.

5. What kind of foundation do I need?

A flat, level base is required—concrete, pavers, or treated wood platforms work best. This helps ensure structural integrity and prevents moisture buildup.

 

6. What materials are Luxurand sheds made of?

Our sheds are made of premium resin, steel-reinforced panels, or weather-treated wood, depending on the model. All are engineered to resist fading, cracking, rust, and rot.

9. Do your sheds come with a warranty in the U.S.?

Yes. Luxurand sheds sold in the U.S. come with a 10-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects, weather damage, and structural issues.

10. Can I return my shed if I change my mind?

Yes! You may return your shed within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs apply unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
