1. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from luxurand. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in unused, original condition with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)
- Custom or special-order products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Consumable or perishable goods
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support at contact@luxurand.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
5. Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns, particularly for large items .
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If the order has already shipped, it must be processed as a return.
